This is a goal, not a promise that every part of our site—or every tool or page made by another company—meets every rule yet.
Tell us what is hard to use
Email our accessibility contact at support@getscamcheck.com. Share only what you are comfortable sharing. These details can help us find the problem:
- the page address or feature that was hard to use;
- what you were trying to do and what happened;
- your browser and device, such as Chrome on Android, Safari on iPhone, or Edge on Windows; and
- any screen reader, voice control, keyboard, or other access tool you used.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, sign-in links, full card numbers, government ID, medical records, or other private information that we do not need.
Ask for another format
Tell us if a problem keeps you from using a feature or getting information. Tell us what would help. When we can, we will give you the information or service in another format while we work on the problem. For example, you can ask for plain text, an email, or help from a person.
How we keep improving
We keep working to make the site easier to use. We fix the problems that affect people most first. We also check accessibility when we improve the product.
