Accessibility
Last updated: July 28, 2026
We want people with disabilities to be able to use Get Scam Check. As an ongoing, good-faith target, we aim to align the service with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and to improve barriers we identify.
This target is not a certification or a claim that every page, feature, or third-party service currently conforms to every WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criterion.
Tell us about a barrier
The configured accessibility contact is support@getscamcheck.com. To help us investigate, please include as much of the following as you are comfortable sharing:
- the page address or feature where the issue occurred;
- the task you were trying to complete and what happened;
- your browser, device, and operating system; and
- the assistive technology used, if any.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, authentication links or tokens, complete payment-card details, government identification, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Alternative assistance
If an accessibility barrier prevents you from using a feature or obtaining information, tell us what you need. Where reasonably possible, we will work with you to provide the information or service through an alternative accessible format or method while we review the underlying issue.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review reports, prioritize barriers based on their impact, and incorporate accessibility into product improvements. Some content or checkout features may be provided by third parties, but you may still contact us for help accessing the Get Scam Check service.
