These Terms are a contract between you and Viva Peak LLC, located at 30 N Gould St Ste N Sheridan, WY 82801. By creating an account, using Get Scam Check, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to create an account or make a purchase. The service is not directed to children under 13. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
Get Scam Check inspects available technical, page-structure, content, domain, and third-party signals for a public website address. It provides a heuristic warning-sign report, optional detailed-report credits, and, only when expressly available, a human-assisted review. The 0–100 value is the sum of disclosed rule points. It is not a fraud probability, certification, or measurement of legal status.
A report is not a guarantee that a website is safe, legitimate, fraudulent, secure, or free from harmful content. Fewer detected warning signs do not prove safety. More detected warning signs do not establish fraud. Checks can be unavailable, incomplete, stale, or wrong, and a website can change at any time.
You remain responsible for deciding whether to visit a website, share information, or make a purchase. Independently verify unfamiliar sellers and use payment methods with buyer protection. If you suspect crime or have lost money, contact your bank or payment provider and the appropriate authorities.
A merchant, site owner, or other affected person may ask us to review an alleged factual error or changed condition by emailing support@getscamcheck.com. Include the report link, the specific disputed statement, and reliable supporting information. We may annotate, correct, restrict sharing of, or remove a report while we investigate. This process does not guarantee a particular result or prevent users from expressing honest opinions about our service.
You may use the service for lawful evaluation of public website addresses. You must not use it to attack systems, introduce malware, bypass access controls, probe private networks, scrape or automate excessive requests, evade limits, commit fraud or spam, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, submit unlawful material, or interfere with the service.
Reports concern websites, not natural people, and are offered only for shopping-related informational use. You must not use a report to make or assist a decision about any person's eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, government benefits, or another purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar law.
You represent that you may lawfully submit the website address and that it does not contain private credentials or sensitive personal information. We remove query strings and fragments before analysis, but you should submit only a public storefront page. Third-party sites are not controlled by us; their content, availability, products, and conduct remain their responsibility.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting sign-in and share links. Guest, free, and paid limits apply as displayed. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or a share link has been compromised. We may correct usage or credit records affected by fraud or technical error.
The Detailed Report Pack is a one-time $14.99 purchase for five detailed-report credits. Paddle is the merchant of record, presents the final total and applicable government taxes before payment, and sends the transaction receipt. Completing Paddle checkout also makes you subject to the applicable Paddle Buyer Terms. We do not add a mandatory processing or service fee outside the displayed product price and government taxes.
Credits are granted only after a verified payment event and are used one at a time when you unlock a detailed report. Credits currently do not expire, have no cash value, are not transferable, and may not be resold. An unlocked report remains subject to account availability, the Privacy Policy, lawful removal, and these Terms. If we permanently discontinue the paid service before you can use purchased credits, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law.
Paid human-assisted review checkout is not currently available. If we offer it later, the purchase page will identify the scope, one-time total, expected delivery period, support escalation, and refund remedy before payment. Any completed review remains an informed opinion based on information available at review time—not a certification, insurance product, legal conclusion, fraud determination, or guarantee of recovery.
We do not currently offer recurring plans. We will not enable a subscription unless checkout clearly discloses the amount and billing interval, automatic-renewal terms, cancellation method, and other material terms and obtains the consent required by applicable law. Existing one-time purchases do not renew.
Purchases processed by Paddle follow Paddle's refund policy, including any additional rights required by applicable law. Our Refund policy explains eligibility, request methods, technical or delivery problems, timing, and what happens to refunded credits or access. Contact us and Paddle promptly about duplicate charges, non-delivery, or a material defect.
Reports are private by default. An owner of an unlocked detailed report may create a random, revocable share link. Anyone holding an active link may read the curated shared report, so you are responsible for sharing it carefully. Internal raw signals, account information, and administrative notes are not part of the shared view.
We may update rules and features, correct errors, or suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or that every website can be fetched. Where required by law, we will provide notice and an appropriate remedy for a material change affecting a paid, undelivered benefit.
We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or serious misuse. When reasonably possible and legally appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.
The service, software, design, branding, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Viva Peak LLC and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant only a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service as permitted. Submitted addresses and third-party website content remain the property of their respective owners.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viva Peak LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from the service or reliance on a report. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim during the preceding 12 months. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and some jurisdictions may give you additional rights.
Before filing a claim, please email support@getscamcheck.com with your contact information, the transaction or report involved, and a description of the issue. We will try in good faith to resolve it informally within 30 days. This informal step does not shorten a legal limitation period or prevent either party from seeking urgent relief.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming Law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that non-waivable consumer protections of your home jurisdiction remain applicable. If an issue is not resolved informally, either party may pursue a remedy in a court with lawful jurisdiction, including an eligible small-claims court. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive a right to participate in a class action where that right exists.
We may revise these Terms prospectively. We will post the updated text and effective date and provide additional notice for material changes when appropriate. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed one-time purchase. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the service.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy are the agreement between you and us about the service, in addition to Paddle's buyer terms for a Paddle transaction.
