Refund policy
Last updated: July 28, 2026
Paddle acts as the merchant of record for purchases made through Get Scam Check. We adopt Paddle's current refund policy for those purchases. Refund eligibility, timing, payment method, and processing are governed by the Paddle Refund Policy and applicable law.
Requesting a refund
Submit your request through Paddle.net. This is Paddle's official buyer-support route for locating a purchase and requesting help with a refund.
If you cannot use Paddle.net, contact the configured Get Scam Check support channel at support@getscamcheck.com. Include the email address used at checkout, the Paddle transaction or receipt number if available, and the purchase you want us to identify. Do not send passwords, sign-in links, complete payment-card numbers, security codes, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
No separate refund window
We do not impose a separate refund window or eligibility rule that conflicts with Paddle's current policy. Paddle may ask for information needed to review and process a request, and the time for funds to appear can depend on the original payment method and financial institution.
Effect of a refund
If a purchase is refunded, reversed, or charged back, access, unused report credits, review entitlements, or subscription benefits associated with that purchase may be revoked or adjusted. Work that has not begun may also be cancelled. Any treatment of a partly used or partly delivered purchase remains subject to Paddle's policy and applicable law.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, cooling-off, defective-product, digital-content, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived. Where applicable law gives you greater rights than Paddle's standard policy, those rights continue to apply.
This policy should be read with our Terms and disclaimer.
